Defend A2 started the way most serious gun businesses do — out of a genuine passion for firearms, a deep respect for the Second Amendment, and frustration with the impersonal experience at most dealers.

Licensed & Certified
Federal Firearms License (FFL)
Licensed by the ATF to deal in firearms. All transfers, sales, and purchases are conducted in full compliance with federal and state law.
Special Occupational Taxpayer (SOT)
SOT certification allows us to deal in NFA items — suppressors, SBRs, machine guns, and other Class III items — and handle all associated ATF paperwork.
Certified Gunsmith
All gunsmithing and custom build work is performed by a trained, certified gunsmith. We stand behind every trigger pull, every finish, every build we put out.
Background Check Compliant
Every firearm transfer includes a NICS background check. No exceptions. We follow the law because we believe in it.
